What We Offer
Services are designed for private collectors, advisors, designers, estates, collections, and select galleries that need discreet, art-world-fluent support with organization, documentation, logistics coordination, and project follow-through.
Each project is scoped individually based on timeline, number of artworks, condition of existing materials, vendor needs, and level of coordination required. This support is especially useful when artworks are being moved, installed, documented, insured, sold, stored, inherited, or prepared for client review.

Services may include fine-art shipper research, handler scheduling, quote comparison, packing coordination, condition-photo organization, building-access coordination, installation planning, site coordination, and project follow-through.
Midsummer helps clients identify and coordinate the appropriate category of fine-art professional for each project, including museum- and gallery-standard art shippers, handlers, installers, packers, crate shops, storage providers, photographers, framers, and conservators.
This is especially useful for clients who are not sure whether a project requires a local art handler, a fine-art shipper, a specialist installer, custom packing or crating, climate-controlled storage, condition documentation, or conservation review.
Midsummer prioritizes experienced fine-art specialists rather than general movers or general contractors, with attention to the value, scale, fragility, timeline, access requirements, and insurance expectations of the artwork or collection.
Physical handling, packing, transport, and installation are performed by insured handlers, shippers, installers, or specialists unless separately arranged in writing.
